The invention provides a manufacturing method of an embossed cloth mark. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: step one, a first screen, microballoon foaming ink and paper are provided; step two, the microballoon foaming ink is printed onto the paper from the hollow-out part of the first screen by a hand or a scraper blade of a screen printing machine; step three, the microballoon foaming ink printed onto the paper in the step two is dried at a normal temperature until the surface of the paper is dried; step four, the paper dried in the step three is conveyed in a heating drying tunnel for heating to cause the microballoon foaming ink printed in the step two to be foamed; and step five, the cooling setting is carried out, and the embossed cloth mark with a coarse cloth mark effect is formed on the paper. According to the manufacturing method, common paper is processed into a full or local similar woven fabric cover, the paper replaces the real woven fabric cover material, so that the cost for packaging to produce similar effects can be lowered directly,, the obtained embossed cloth mark can be combined with the design of various locally-customized lines; the three-dimensional level is rich; the effect is novel; and the aesthetic property and the dissimilarity of the printed product can be improved.
