本发明揭示了一种增强阻燃聚己二酰己二胺的配方，包括聚己二酰己二胺、聚酰胺、红磷阻燃剂、助剂和玻璃纤维，所述红磷阻燃剂为十二烷基苯，助剂为丁苯橡胶，各成分重量配比为聚己二酰己二胺占43%-48.5%，聚酰胺占23%-24%，十二烷基苯占14%-16%，丁苯橡胶占0.5%-1.5%，玻璃纤维占14%-15.5%，使制得的增强阻燃聚己二酰己二胺具有提高机械特性、耐化学药品、耐热性、自润滑性和增强改性、提高性能的效果。

The invention discloses a formula of enhanced flame retardant polyhexamethylene adipamide, which comprises the components by weight percentage as follows: 43-48.5% of polyhexamethylene adipamide, 23-24% of polyamide, 14-16% of dodecylbenzene, 0.5-1.5% of butadiene styrene rubber and 14-15% of glass fiber, wherein the dodecylbenzene serves as a red phosphorus flame retardant and the glass fiber serves as an assistant. According to the formula, the enhanced flame retardant polyhexamethylene adipamide has the effects of improving mechanical characteristics, resisting chemical medicines, resisting heat, having self-lubricating property, and enhancing modification and improving performances.
