本发明提供了一种益于糖尿病人服用的食膳，其特征在于它的配方是由猪胰、羊肚、冬瓜、薏苡仁、草菇、玉米须构成，其重量百分比为猪胰21.7％－24.4％、羊肚3.9％－5.3％、冬瓜43.3％－50.0％、薏苡仁4.5％－5.1％、草菇12.9％－14.9％、玉米须4.3％－5.2％，上述食膳兼具清热解毒、利水消肿等多重功效，以食补为基础，通过对饮食的合理搭配，从而使血糖控制在正常的水平。

The present invention provides a dietary food for diabetic. Its formula composition includes (by wt%) 21.7%-24.4% of pig's pancreas, 3.9-5.3% of goat's tripe, 43.3%-50.0% of wax gourd, 4.5%-5.1% of coix seed, 12.9%-14.9% of straw mushroom and 4.3%-5.2% of corn silk. Said dietary food has the several functions of clearing away heat, removing toxic material, disinhibiting water, dispersing swelling and regulating blood sugar, etc. said invention also provides its preparation method and concrete steps.
