本发明提供了一种益于糖尿病人服用的食膳，其特征在于它的配方是由百合、石斛、天冬、知母、麦冬、花粉、黄芩、甘草、玄参、普洱茶、葛根、五味子构成，其重量百分比为百合7.1％－7.6％、石斛3.5％－4.0％、天冬10.0％－12.1％、知母7.0％－7.9％、麦冬9.8％－12.2％、花粉16.4％－19.7％、黄芩7.0％－7.8％、甘草3.6％－4.2％、玄参7.1％－7.8％、普洱茶12.6％－16.0％、葛根3.4％－4.1％、五味子3.3％－4.0％，上述食膳兼具滋阴润肺、清热生津等多重功效，以食补为基础，通过对饮食的合理搭配，从而使血糖控制在正常的水平，尤其适用于肺热伤津的患者。

The present invention provides a dietary food for diabetic. Its formula composition includes (by wt%) 7.1-7.6% of lily bulb, 3.5%-4.0% of dendrobium stem, 10.0%-12.1% of asparagus tuber, 7.0%-7.9% of anemarrhena root, 9.8%-12.2% of ophiopogon tuber, 16.4%-19.7% of trichosanthes root, 7.0%-7.8% of scutellaria root, 3.6%-4.2% of licorice, 7.1%-7.8% of scrophularia root, 12.6%-16.0% of pu'er tea, 3.4%-4.1% of pueraria root and 3.3%-4.0% of schisandra berry. The invented dietary food has the several functions of nourishing yin, moisturizing lung, clearing away heat, promoting salivation and regulating blood sugar. Said invention also provides its preparation method and concrete steps.
