本发明提供了一种排毒补养的保健食品及其制备方法，它是由郁李仁、决明子、鸡内金、大枣、花蕊、蒲公英、鱼腥草构成，其配比为郁李仁10.6％－14.3％、决明子17.1％－22.0％、鸡内金9.7％－12.8％、大枣20.2％－24.5％、花蕊10.5％－14.3％、蒲公英6.9％－8.9％、鱼腥草14.3％－16.9％，其制备方法是除杂、洗净、烘干、研磨、过筛、混合均匀即可，并可制成胶囊、片剂、丸剂、糖浆、饮片剂型，上述保健食品兼具润肠通便、健胃消食、养颜利肤、滋补强身、清热解毒、消痈排脓等多重功效，使得排毒补养合二为一，增强机体抵抗力，方便男女老幼服用。

The present invention provides one kind of health food for removing toxin and nourishing and its production process. The health food is produced with bunge cherry seed 10.6-14.3 wt%, cassia seed 17.1-22.0 wt%, chicken' s gizzard membrane 9.7-12.8 wt%, date 20.2-24.5 wt%, pistil 10.5-14.3 wt%, dandelion 6.9-8.9 wt%, and cordate houttuynia 14.3-16.9 wt%. The production process includes the steps of depurating, washing, stoving, grinding, sieving, mixing and others to form different forms, capsule, tablet, bolus or syrup. The health food has the health functions of relaxing the bowels, promoting digestion, clearing away heat and toxic material, etc, and may be taken by people of all ages.
