摘要：
一种用微细金属纤维增强油井水泥浆的方法，通过在油井水泥浆中加入为固相混合物重量的0.5～5％、直径为0.01mm～0.1mm、长度为3mm～15mm的微细金属纤维材料，充分搅拌均匀，从而提高水泥浆体自堵漏能力，以利于平衡注水泥、并顺利泵送至预定位置。由于微细金属纤维细、长、悬浮稳定性好，可在油井水泥浆中进行良好的分散和悬浮，从而利于配浆、利于使体系保持悬浮稳定；具备较好的架桥能力，不论是孔隙性漏失地层还是裂缝性漏失地层，所增强的油井水泥浆均具有较好的自堵漏能力；具有较强高的抗拉强度，既可提高水泥石的抗冲力破碎能力，又可提高体系的抗压和抗折强度。

The invention discloses a method with fine metal fibre to reinforce oil well cement paste, which comprises the following steps: adding fine metal fiber material with 0. 5-5% of solid phase mixture weight, 0. 01mm-0. 1mm diameter and 3mm-15mm length; stirring completely and evenly; increasing self stopping leak ability of cement paste; balancing cementing. This reinforcing oil well cement paste possesses better self stopping leak ability and higher strength for extension, which can increase impact resistance bruising ability of cement stone.
